1. Scope & Applicability

  • This Policy applies only to business customers, including distributors, importers, wholesalers, and commercial end users;

  • It applies to orders confirmed via written agreement, proforma invoice (PI), sales contract, or approved online payment;

  • This Policy does not apply to consumer (B2C) retail transactions.

2. General No-Return Principle

Due to the nature of animal feed additives, raw materials, and formulated products:

  • All sales are final by default;

  • Products are not eligible for return or exchange once shipped, except under circumstances explicitly described in this Policy or agreed in writing.

This principle exists to ensure feed safety, biosecurity, and regulatory compliance.

3. Non-Refundable Products

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following products are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Customized formulations or private-label products;

  • Made-to-order or contract-manufactured goods;

  • Products produced according to buyer-specified standards or specifications;

  • Products that have been opened, used, altered, or stored improperly;

  • Products affected by improper transportation, warehousing, or handling after delivery.

4. Eligible Refund or Replacement Cases

Refunds or replacements may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Verified manufacturing defects;

  • Proven quality issues directly attributable to our production process;

  • Delivery of incorrect products or quantities due to our error.

All claims must be supported by reasonable evidence.

5. Claim Submission & Time Limits

  • All claims must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of receipt of goods;

  • Claims submitted after this period may be rejected;

  • Buyers must provide:

    • Order or invoice number;

    • Product batch/lot number;

    • Photos, videos, inspection reports, or laboratory test results where applicable.

6. Inspection & Resolution Process

Upon receipt of a valid claim:

  • We reserve the right to conduct internal or third-party quality inspections;

  • Resolution options may include:

    • Replacement of defective products;

    • Partial refund;

    • Credit toward future orders.

The final resolution method shall be determined by us at our reasonable discretion.

7. Refund Method & Timing

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed;

  • Bank fees, currency conversion charges, and intermediary fees are non-refundable;

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on payment provider, banking systems, and regulatory requirements.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Buyers are encouraged to contact us first to resolve any payment disputes;

  • Unauthorized or malicious chargebacks may be considered a breach of contract;

  • We reserve the right to suspend future cooperation in such cases.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability under this Policy shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected products.

We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or commercial losses, including loss of profits, market access, or business opportunities.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be submitted to the competent courts having jurisdiction over our registered place of business.
